Our district has been working together for years when it comes to activities and adventures. In an effort to share the joy of working together with other 4-H clubs and counties, District 1 started, "It Only Takes a Spark". This was the official launch to share throughout Florida and the Southeast what we sometimes take for granted around here.
District 1 Council applied for and received a grant with the same title to fund the work we had ahead. With the help of the Florida 4-H Foundation grant, we have been able to share things like District 1 Lock Ins, CERT Drills, GPS/GIS Days, Financial Management activities and of course the famous Video Scavenger Hunt.
We'd love to have you join us anytime. Come help us to light the 4-H fire in Florida!!
